Can I pay be check?
Yes, please make all checks payable to Blessed Sacrament and put Charity Dinner in the memo. Checks can be left in the Parish Office.
Will I need a ticket to get into the dinner?
No, in an effort to be green the Young Adult Group will not be printing tickets this year. However you will need to check in at the door to ensure your name is on the reservation list.
I can't come to the dinner but I want to donate can I?
Absolutely, just click on the "Donate" product. We have set it up to accept donation in increments of $5. Just increase the quanity to reflect the total you wish to contribute then check out. Donations will also be accepted in person after Sunday masses.
Why isn't the book available now?
The book is going to be professionally published. In order to ensure that we do not purchase too many or not enough we are taking pre-orders. A final order will be placed with the publisher and announcements will be sent via e-mail so that you can pick up your copy at the Church.
When will the book be available?
Pre-order will be accepted up through April 10th. After that we be placing an order with the publisher. We anticipate that the books will be available 10 days after the dinner.
I am paying on-line but notice it is going to a personal account how do I know the funds will be put towards the dinner and charity?
The Young Adult group looked into various ways to set up an on-line shoppping cart so that indivuald can pay be credit card. The easiest way to do this was to link it to a PayPal account, but it had to be someone's personal account or the group would be charged fees on every transaction. We have set up a system of checks and balances to ensure that all transactions are monitored and transparent.
